You can use one of our pre-set RSS channels listed here below, or create your own filtered freediving RSS news feed. On the home page, either in the Freediving News or in the Freediving Forum News box, enter a keyword and/or select a language, click OK and add the resulting RSS feed to your RSS reader by clicking the RSS icon 
, or put it on your Google home page, or to the Google News Reader, by clicking the Google icon 
. You can repeat the operation as many times as you need.
In the search box on the home page, you can enter not only a keyword or an expression (it may include logical operators too), but also one of the category names (cat=all, cat=forum, cat=blog, cat=medical, cat=video, cat=products, ...), or the domain name of the source you want to limit the feed for (i.e. deeperblue.net, espritapnee.com,...)
